DIY Framed License Plate

Supplies:
-Old license plate
-heavy duty glue
-collage board
-scissors
-shadow box


Step 1: Cut collage board to the size of the shadow box
Step 2: Glue the license plate to the center of the collage board
Step 3: Allow glue to dry completely 
Step 6: Place collage board/license plate in shadow box and hang!
